On today's trading, it looks to me like the shorters are still in control to a large extent. They have not been able to stop the overall rise in PLS but they have been able to limit PLS to a lot less gain than the rest of the world's lithium.
Their persistent short selling has been enough to suck in retail holders and allow the shorters to buy back more than they have been selling - which is all they need to do to prevent the short squeeze!!
