My wife (here in NZ) received this 100 page document yesterday 29/2. She is a new s/h having purchased to assist the t/o blockade. For a moment i thought it was new action from the IBC!! The offer price on this reject letter is still .68c but more interestingly is the independant valuation range of $1.06 - 1.51. This being quite a bit higher than the .83 - $1.24 which I received. This appears to be an out of date document but with a higher valuation?
