    Hi Kroehny17, no I don't want to see GXY fail, but I am a little worried whether they will be profitable or not. I also see there are some other posters here who think the finance arrangement is a bit strange. But, I agree, if I were a bank lending GXY $US105 million then I would want a guarantee as well.

    Will be watching on the sidelines.
