I don't see anyone converting options at .118 strike when the share price is 12c. The margin is way too narrow even if you got the options free and if you bought the options, you'd be in the red and nixing your leverage that you paid for when you bought the options.
In my view, we're just seeing accumulation patterns plain and simple. When liquidity becomes insufficient to satisfy hungry buyers, we'll head upwards.
