Nothing is moving the price until Scott and the board figure out how to fund operations long term. Raising $15-$20 million every 4 months is not going to cut it.

We need PPSA signed. We aren't getting squat from anyone institutions, banks, big companies, farm ins, anyone, Nada, until that's done.

It's a massive red flag that PPSA has dragged on for this long. It's just ridiculous the amount of times we've been told PPSA is around the corner.

"we are close"
"expected within the next month"
"just ironing out the details"

All of these messages have been communicated to shareholders MULTIPLE time over the past nearly 3 years now. It's beyond a joke at this point.
