The previous trial showed no benefit in adults. Sorry, where are you getting this idea from?
Perhaps actually read what @reginaldp posted .... he made a clear reference to the adult results in the EAP in Post #:72695400 - "Si saying that Adult survival under an EAP is double that of RUX" ....
Similar comments were made in yesterday's HY presentation on page 11 ....
