Look at the most recent top 200 list. Many existing longer term holders have added more recently. Possibly still the case. I think people who have a deeper understanding of the potential here (through a longer time being exposed to PAA and MPL) are willing to wait. Those who bought in the last few weeks on hype and technical analysis are bailing to chase the next shiny ball.
