Did you posts here at the time you had taken profits at highs? And even if you did what has that got to do with the investment case now?

We have a CEO who has put back forecasts and increased costs ridiculously, who in my opinion forgot we had a dividend policy, and who now seems to be abandoning it without advising anyone. The 3 year plan got extended to 4 years with no comments. He has misled investors in my opinion and got caught out recently trying to mislead the Market, resulting in the shares being suspended. How embarrassing.

How can he survive?

The Company now has quite a long history of profit warnings and/ or missing its own forecasts. That is down to a lack of visibility which is still evident today.

No Director buying could show an apparent lack of confidence in their own ability here.

If they are looking at raising funds then all the BoD should stop milking shareholder funds and take significant remuneration cuts.

What happened to the synergies from buying JD?
