MT being offered cash to fulfill criteria of trial.
We can't start the trial until we have the cash to fulfill the trial.

Before that , dependant on timing it's either two weeks + 90 days or two weeks+ 30 days for the ODD so BP once ratified comes in .

BP taking a chance as they will commit dollars before the ODD decision but that's their investment criteria.

Post week one May 24 they offer to buy us out.
The exact monies necessary will be sorted as options holders are being induced to exercise 03 May.

Price $1.43 pre P2/3.

Everyone believes the hype of $10 per share.
I am a realist.
