SZZL and now CRML was holding well above $10 in the US, and recently much higher, so in theory the market over there is valuing this project in the $1bn range. So unless there has been some kind of underhanded manipulation to prop up the US share price then the value of EUR should start to rise to meet it.
Just for now the ASX is not buying it - which I'm not that surprised at considering it has not showed really any sign of interest in this whole process thus far.
If CRML stays above $10 for the next week or two then I think EUR should start to creep up again. Today would have been mostly panic selling from the get rich quick crowd who then promptly gave up hope. Next week we might see some arbitrage players scooping up the heads and options cheap, and form a base to appreciate from thereafter.

unfortunately CRML is an illiquid stock for now. Only 7k shares traded yesterday, less than $100k worth.
For a $1bn Nasdaq company this isn't enough and doesn't validate the current price levels.

Once we consistently trade millions per day it should be easier to validate the arbitrage opportunity.
