It's old news .... if you do some research it has been announced / updated multiple times through the ASX by Mesoblast.
Like I have said previously, good luck sending a subpoena to the FDA issued by an Australian court for their records to refute what Mesoblast claim .... LMAO
The USA complainants got pennies on the dollar from their CA, which saw the PI insurers payout a mere $2 million in an out of court settlement so after costs very little left for them but I see many new and old posters coming into the forum with the doom and gloom posts today just because they received the email ...
