Uncbuck havent you had this problem before.I know someone on here had a similar problem last CR and it was discussed then,its worth reading the threads if only to learn from others experience.If it was yourself that was in this situation in this case you cant pass the buck buck :)Anyone overseas permanently has to take it upon themselves to take appropriate measures,its not as if PEN hasnt had a CR before!
