I don't believe I've held a stock that's been promoted into the All Ordinaries before, turns out I actually have 3 now. Asked a friend of mine about the potential effect and they said it's a positive overall because passive funds that track the AO have to buy the stock. Anyone got anything to add to this? I've held stocks that entered the 300 and 200, and the effects were, well, not positive on the SP. Thoughts? Or is this pretty insignificant?
