Just saying but wouldn't it be smarter to buy now rather than after the PPSA is signed IF you believed that insto's will flock to IVZ?
It seems to be that a few here think it will make a material difference.
I'm not convinced.
IF the project is as robust as SM said it is it will not stop someone kicking in dough and as evidence to that, up until now, all Cr's have been oversubscribed.
I'm not saying it hasn't become a farce, far from it, I'm just not certain that hot copper is the best judge of what the reality is.
