thanks quiltman, after reading through the reaspp / pfizer deed it appears as though shareholders were given enough notice to convert their options, which is a relief.

The one thing that doesn't make sense to me is the BPay cut off date. Just to throw my 2c in, if there was a licensing deal with royalties, then only the shares would receive any dividends that may come out of this, the options would miss out.

To answer a question MT had to Alan via the investorhub, ie "what incentive would make you convert"... Directors converting their options would encourage me to covert (hopefully MT is listening ;-))
