He explained why , because the minister has the power to grant or reject a valid application for extension of the ministers deadline and without a policy budge the minister hands are effectively tied by party policy. There are signs such a shift could be underway. It's not a difficult concept. I'm pretty sure the application for extension is a one shot opportunity so you can't just fire in another one every week till it's approved.
i would not be opposed to removing Homsany at the next general meeting, so long as we get someone better.
