    I'm not so sure of that, like another stock I hold, I don't think the SP is an issue if they are thinking takeover.

    Price offer will be based on assessment of the data and potential, not the MC of the PLS

    That is, if they think PCL's interest is worth $2B or $5B, or any other number that could be thrown around, that is what they will offer.
