The ASX is of the opinion that the company is either unable or unwilling. Just two options.

I'm not convinced, based on the released information, that CGB, with over $8 mil in cash, has been "unable" to comply with basic financial reporting requirements for over 12 months.

I'd like to read the directors code of conduct.
I wonder how "acting, or failing to act in a way that results in the company being involuntarily delisted" fits in with the directors code of conduct?
