    What gets me is, you don't cut roads, buy land for stock piling coal and build private loading jettys for a two bit or 7cent mining opperation that the market is valueing this company at ATM. Ramping up to 2mil mt tells me that a customer wants it, and says a very strong off take agreement is on it's way.JMO
