Due to an admin error, we have another chance!

I am all for performance shares rather than cash payments, but how about a decent target!
All the performance targets are pretty low, as has the share price been since the new board stepped in.
How is this for a low performance target:
If the share price reaches 3c, the board each get 10,000,000 shares. How about voting no, and waiting for them to do something that gets the share price to about 10c. I'd say that's where we would be by now with the old board given we should now be in our 3rd month of the NTCell phase two trial.

I'd be happy for the new board to get performance shares if we reach 10c when their new AI platform is launched. Should be between April and July according to them.

BUT SHAREHOLDERS NEED TO VOTE NO TO THE 3c PERFORMANCE PAYMENT.
