So the current situation is we is RG has 87% and Manipur and User123 combined have at least 7%.
That means there are still 6% of shares with others (people like myself). I was incorrect in my previous post however for RG to get to 90%, then at least 50% of the 6% group will need to sell their shares to RG.
If this occurs then he can acquire the remaining shares forcefully then he will be able to de-list.
Does this sound correct to others that are a bit wiser than me?
