They have dragged ( used every legal option available )this " minor dispute" out as long as possible.

What's to stop dragging out any award payment as long as possible?? Does sound like avoidance as long as possible - particularly as the case itself has dragged on for yonks.

Whatever happens lets hope AAU can get this long running dispute over and done with and with any awarded funds swiftly paid. It is rather disconcerting that the company's progress or lack of seems to be based on a courtcase. It seems that no matter how valuable any assets may be, all of it is in the ground and will need decent amounts of money to be accessed and monetized - doing piecemeal cr's and other small raises hoping for a favourable courtcase outcome does not instill confidence despite all the hype and assumed value.

Perhaps another question - what will happen if any awarded money is a low ball figure and even such a sum may not land in AAU's coffers for another 12 months or so? Never say never until it is.
