I have no experience in business where I would be needing those skills of his he offers.
Having said that, it makes me think the job title is just a jumped up name for a casual replacement where you have to wear a tieto work, on a Contract ( and I use the term loosely ) that has rolling 24hr clauses off dismissal triggers.
