Depends on whether they still have their basic monopoly on contracts in NSW and QLD.
$20 AUD might still be a good price if they continue to retain their monopoly.
DOW is a very poorly misunderstood stock, they have no real competitor,
They have been very poorly managed over recent times but those times appear behind DOW a now and there appears only upside from her IMHO but pls DYODD?
