I'd tread carefully about judging performance of someone taking on a role - even if they have been a total dud in all that has gone before
ok, judging on past performance - one would think that this guy couldn't run a chook raffle -
but, never ever be certain ----------- he's Mr Conspiracy. And as such, he might have a very imaginative mind.
I had an experience many years ago where there was a person in a department who was 'hopeless' - dismal failure at all that they had been involved it.
A new project came up - which no one really wanted all that much - except for this person, who leapt at it - and got to head it.
And blitzed it. They had a level of energy and creativeness that thrust the project to front page success - and the rest was history.
The lesson there was - right person, wrong jobs before - and when the slot came, right person, right job - they fitted perfectly.
Craig Kelly is what appears to be a conspiracy goof, - but, he's known and god knows - he's different.
In a war - if the enemy does something different - watch closely. They might be making a huge mistake - but, to assume that ---------- means one is making a huge mistake in assumption.
