Pls... do not be fooled by "genius", "wonder", "wise" talkers in this thread that have been saying the company would /could be multiples of 43cents or over $1 or $2.....

Honestly...... let's compare any company peers... let's even compare a "PRODUCER"... successful producer here... well known KAR..... at around $1.98 now.....

How can a spec EXR, even if getting a pretty good discovery at QLD Grandis be classified at $1? LMAO !' that's almost a joke for the industry in the known alone..... on the paper yes.... might look good... but, reality is quite a different story......

What I see here is a lot of long term holders(2-5 years) from 40 cents, 30 cents, 20 cents , 16cents trying hard to say a 1-3TCF could shot EXR to over $1... lol....... look at this eg. KAR... a producer..... man... ppl dream way way way too big.....for their own financial needs....

We have a potential trade/outcome here at EXR within the 16c to 40c ...... and' that's house talk...around the traps....... not retailer dream forums or telegrams.....

I think we should make this forum a fair dinkum place where HONESTY could be more transparent to the naïve investor......

EXR is well known to have a larger number of retailers holding stock from over 16c, 30c, 40cents......... that's the real reason for so much pump before any real drilling final results or major projects like Mongolia..... Let's be real guys... and everyone benefits from it...

If posters wants "hearts" or "like"s ...... you better off on other social media outlets...... be real with your own realities......

DFIT suppose to start next week....... it will mean little.....in reality.... even if pump comes from videos and announcements.... the real deal here is the "HALLBURTON drilling moment"... that's where it will separate men from boys.......
