Then from AAU's announcement dated 25th Jan:

A Mineral Resource Estimate (“MRE”) for the proposed Nueva Sabana mine isexpected to be established within 3 or 4 weeks.

Another month or so delay and with 4 weeks having past since the announcement, guessing another announcement should be coming soon???

As for dilution, if bringing on a strategic partner comes to pass with a minority holding, will that not be dilutive??
