I had the same query, so asked our good friend ChatGPT to clarify, see below...

"The condensate gas ratio (CGR) is a measurement used in the oil and gas industry to describe how much liquid condensate can be obtained from a certain amount of gas production. Condensate is a light type of hydrocarbon liquid that is often found together with natural gas in the ground. It is similar to very light crude oil and it can be valuable because it can be processed into fuels like petrol and other products.
When someone says that the CGR is estimated between 14-22 barrels per million standard cubic feet of gas at a particular site, like Mukuyu-2, it means that for every million cubic feet of natural gas extracted from that location, they expect to also produce between 14 and 22 barrels of condensate.
The API gravity mentioned is a measure of how heavy or light a petroleum liquid is compared to water. An API gravity of 50-60 denotes a very light liquid. Water has an API gravity of 10, so a liquid with higher API gravity is lighter and will float on water. A liquid with lower API gravity is heavier than water and will sink. A high API gravity in condensates, like 50-60, suggests that the liquid is very light, which is typically desirable because lighter oils can often be refined into higher-value products more easily.
In summary, at Mukuyu-2, they are predicting that with every million cubic feet of natural gas they pull out of the ground, they can also expect to get a relatively significant amount of a very light and potentially valuable liquid hydrocarbon (condensate)"
