No admittion of guilt by either party and ADO pay to Ferroglobe $300k in what is a massive market opportunity. Sounds cheap.
So why are ADO paying anything at all. Must have been a small knowledge indeciscretion knowingly or unknowingly by ADO along the way, however not worthy of a part or full claim to patents.
Good result and now hoping for capital injection from EV 1 to get us to design freeze and off take agreement stage. Producing AnteoX in Europe for big $$$$. Bring it on.
