Frankly speaking, I care little for Matt's feelings, given the way they recapitalised the business at a ridiculous 4 cents per share - with zero concern for existing SHs and the capital structure of the business. That he is now in the same boat is karma IMO.
I just hope he is motivated and competent enough to get this minnow off the operating table.
