Capped at sub A$20m & chasing many multiples of that in debt finance is a decent hospital case.

They need to get a wriggle on & release the restart study & hope it is robust enough to secure finance.

They can't cut corners, but time is of the essence. The MLX con notes mature in March 2025. Finance needs to be secured in the next 6 months.

I'm pleased they have Pacific Road & Nebari on the register & Ross from Resource Cap Funds, but there is a lot to play out here still.

I'm still a believer in the assets & strategy, however, we've already been stung by management incompetence & I am not overly keen on going through that again.
