Wizards of HC, can someone explain the mechanism that people are using to hold this price down? I'm trying to work out if it's tin foil hats explaining price not matching local sentiment or whether it's local sentiment is simply not aligning with market sentiment. No offence to the accused tin foils haha. I have a good understanding of underlying business but not a lot of short term trading techniques but I also understand that expectations can be emotionally charged and people can justify with big pharma mentality.

obviously something strange going on with multiple buys of <100 shares in sequence. Or is this just the way peoples trading algorithms dictate the trade by numbers rather than price manipulation motivated? Google often sends u to pay walls or veiled advertising.
