How do you propose a deal could have been done by now with only 1 of 3 results out? And Jon has stated he would be waiting for results. I think everyone recalls how long ROW and even the first Acadia deal took, imagine having 4 indications to work into a deal and potential suitors to do their due diligence on. Waiting for at least 3 of 4 results before any forum of deal no matter which type is a no brainier. Suitors attempted a late play on ROW, those same suitor would be interested in 2591. My guess thee is already talks in play, but number won't start getting thrown around until after result 3of 4 is out, which is also another Q of results from Acadia.
From there even the average TO of ~100-150% will look great. Larger premiums do occur, will leave that one up to Jon to handle.
