Yep. Agreed. It's when it's practically complete. There can be rectification afterwards. Completely agree.
Doesn't change the fact that the certificates of practical completion were concerning. They are what JK used to convince the auditors that the revenue was earned, and they were quite heavily flawed. The supplier invoices for work completed in July and August wasn't tiny little fix ups either. I'm not looking up the values now, but they were significant. On work that was apparently complete in June.
