This stock represents the reality for most stocks on the ASX: they list because they need capital, and then the share price sails down a gentle slope for the next few years, as the management simply can't turn that "great idea" into revenue which exceeds its own outgoings, and as they continue to sail down with the falling share price they continue to suckle from the teat of shareholders who may be hoping for a turn-around.

There is a reason why companies which have a consistently profitable business model are either delisted or don't ever list in the first place.

The MCAP value of less than a high-end property value in Sydney says it all. The website that looks like it was put together by a 12 year old in school on WIX doesn't help. And the fact that the website states that "Some of the most trusted brands in the world use Identitii to share data" whilst not actually showcasing even a few of these clients/projects, shows there is much work to do in the marketing department.

PS. I am surprised at the surprise of some posters on this forum at ASX and ASIC being asleep as the wheel: both organisations breach their own regulations on a daily basis. ASX still haven't worked out what a "price sensitive" announcement is, with multiple announcements incorrectly labelled as "price-sensitive" or otherwise, on a daily basis.
