Like Stagman I think the BFS will be released soon in order to calm some investor nerves. Xstrata still have plenty of time to delay taking a final JV decision and this is what I see as coming after resolution of the court case.

With the court case I see two possibilities;

1. It gets thrown out again and that is the end of the issue.

2. The other BEE party gets a favourable decision and then as an out of court settlement, the end structure will need to accomodate a shareholding for them as well.
