Don’t have to be Einstein to work out what’s happening. Like a lot of people here have said previously the stock has been heavily manipulated in the past and the Matthew Blake showed just why. They obviously planned to take over Unith and did it on the quiet and only revealed enough of their associated parties for the purposes of the 249D.
Now that there is impending legal action they are not risking manipulation as all share trades could come under scrutiny and therefore we now finally for the first time in ages have a more orderly trading in the stock and as you pointed out no one is really prepared to sell based on what’s around the corner which is exactly the same reason a group of people wanted control of the company.
