Just for you then - from my very limited exposure to law at uni, a defamatory statement has to cause injury or harm to an individual/company.

Speculating is not enough - and there is no monetary or reputational harm done while speculating. Lots of that has gone on over the last 202 days since the announcement on August 16th that the trials were completed. Funny that you pick on this post to cry out that the company has been defamed.

Not sure what you do for a crust, but I hope it is not in the legal or finance area. Torts is not your forte.
