My 1 observation out of this is, the business environment is changing at a great pace are our policy makers keeping up and a lot is left to be interpreted through old laws. Just here on this forum, i understand most of us aren't lawyers, but so many different views from both sides. i have one last question, i understand you have answered this before, Just the part of the visa being 2 weeks late, again JK being director is liable, but in saying that, JK advised by lawyer its ok, {just keeping it simple} ISX wasn't able to trade and still felt they could get a better outcome, trying to contact someone more reasonable. Do you see much of an issue here.
