Come on @Tinwins Nick Bolton is just misunderstood! Jokes aside KBC are certainly fond of lawyers. Even the past half yearly lists disputes with their former lawyers, RNY Property, Muller vs Bartlett and Ors, Republic Financial Holdings, the Thyne family, Bell Potter, PR finance Group, a former KBC director and the directors of Ragusa Minerals. Then there is the fact KBC's largest shareholder Wilson Asset Management has commenced a wind up petition on KBC in the NSW supreme Court.
No doubt MEL need to re-finance out of KBC but the longer they have to do so the better. I think I still prefer that to VEN who have KBC as one of their largest shareholders.
