    I was thinking the same question so googled it.

    I may have it wrong but it looks like the smaller the nm gives the perception of better performance. Looks like we already have that in abundance at 60nm when compared to others. The articles below provide some insights into nm and question the importance as a classification. The real metrics of importance appears to be speed and overall power efficiency. So maybe 4DS should adopt another method to define the characteristics.
