Approval is just the first step.
Accelerated approval means further studies required, but can use a surrogate endpoint - no immediate benefit. There's no way it becomes a 20 billion dollar company with an accelerated approval designation.
Even with a full approval, it will be ages before they become profitable, and many more cap raises, no matter which indication is approved - just look at the yearly expenses, the debt, etc.
This valuation is nonsense, and you absolutely know it. I don't know who you're trying to fool
