Hi all. I've been on the phone to David Keane before and after the H1 results and subsequently I have emailed him re the catastrophic impact of a daily circa 7.5% daily cut in MC over the last two days We've lost $15+ Million dollars in company valuation in two days. The same amount that was loaned from Regal at 12% interest and a gift of 24M shares.
A couple of facts that I raised with BTH.
1. LVT livetiles is now dead. BTH made a bid for it and Regal was a substantial holder (puppeteer). Why?
2. Dubber (DUB) - another tech stock- has just been shut down by ASIC because it's MD has been the overseer as $24M of funds has gone awol.
Same industry and same links (BTH & Regal) in the case of LVT.
ASIC review required. Sorry to cry wolf but this needs attention.
I'm sick of the talk but no substance.
