I had some good news, no fractures in my spine, thank God. But I have severe osteoarthritis in my lower back.
I am going to have a steroid pain killer injection. but not until the 20th, I can barely move.

I think? well the Dr didn't mention brittle bone disease, I forget the name, I keep going blank. I will check next time I visit him.

That moussaka which my husband made, we had for 5 nights running lol, but with different vegetables, so it wasn't boring, totally delicious.

He bought a leg of lamb which was reaching its sell by date and reduced to $18.10. It was massive, I was convinced it was mutton (can't seem to buy that anywhere, prolly gets exported on the death ships) Anyway it was/is delicious. Will go a long way, have had several meals, still loads left, so I will boil it up tomorrow with the gravy apple cider vinegar and pearl barley, then go from there.
