"LRC can explode on huge volume if you know anything about this stock" - What do you know? So far this company has been late with its JORC (delayed more than once if I remember correctly), behind its project timeline and has not communicated with share holders why (delays are inevitable but we should be told why). So in that regard, based on what I know, I would have to argue that we cannot expect much from the company until next year.
"As for your predictions in my view i feel we will see some great action with LRC in the near term.LRC has huge potential." - I agree with you, LRC does have huge potential, but just like a rock on a cliff with huge potential energy it still requires action to release that potential. This company has not shown me much action this year.
