I think it may have had some impact (I don't expect any capital raise from Arcadium), but the biggest factors for the share price drop imho were probably the latest comments from Goldman Sachs and futures being down today (yesterday in Australia). If lithium spot prices and futures rise again overnight (e.g. today in Australia) then it should be bullish for the stock.
