I hate to agree with a statement like this but in mining it's bloody likely true, still a bit of a cowboy male dominated industry, even if she knows what she's doing it may be very hard to gain any traction in making improvements.
Let's hope we're wrong, she'll need to be pretty assertive and strong willed to make any real change, no one else has managed it.
