Bit of a stretch to say that just because we're doing VDT trials that this implies we might be a way off production yet. If the EPA themselves have told Bruce they don't require anything further, what federal government agency would be able to say "oh no, actually we disagree with the WA EPA, and we want more proof of the validity of the VDT method. Please do more trials.", and have this be a requirement before the WA EPA even published VRX's response to comments? Further, if this were the case, surely Bruce would be obligated to publish an announcement stating that these VDT trials are in response to a request from the feds for more information/proof?
