Id say JK/NK whatever will convert the loan and then try and have ISXFU to take up the shortfall.
he's trying to gain a greater than 50% interest in this thing so he can own an exchange in Australia and try and stick it to ASX and become some sort of competitor. Desperate to have revenge against ASX who snatched his exit liquidity from him at the 11th hour lol...
Looks like he will do anything he can to try and get back at them. blowing up shareholder money in the process.
