We just raised $40m. It might take a while for sellers to dry up, which is fine. When we run it will be spectacular.
Regal has really shown their hands here, this will be acquired at $30 or Regal is fuked. I'm certain a few big instos (such as Temasek) who was in that Brazil play are also eyeing WA1 but can't buy just yet because it's too early. Regal is just being smart and will sell to them down the track once it's all derisked.
